Die Linie der Vlies-Polyester-Watte (Maschinen auf Bestellung) ist mit drei Speisern ausgestattet.
Das Rohmaterial wird von den Zubringern gewogen und durch ein Förderband zu der Voröffnungseinheit transportiert und gestreut.
Nach Durchlaufen der Vormontage erhalten die Fasern die Kombination aus Vlies-Karde.
Zwei Vliese verlassen die Karde, die den Stapler und die Bahre kreuzt, 40% der Produktion von niedrigen Flächengewichten.
Am Ende des Ofens werden die Schichten durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden.
Ein fertiges Produkt kommt aus dem Ofen.
Es ist möglich, die Linie in der Glasiermaschine und der Nadelmaschine nachzurüsten.
